General Information

Quick answers to common inquiries regarding our technology and standards.

When will VITALDOCTOR be available for purchase?

VITALDOCTOR is currently in the final stages of clinical validation and certification under the European MDR (Medical Device Regulation). Pilot projects are already running successfully in hospitals and care facilities. Commercial availability is expected soon. Interested institutions can already register for early access or participate in ongoing pilot programs

VITALDOCTOR is designed for hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient care providers. It can be used for continuous monitoring of patients on normal wards, in long-term care facilities, or in telemedical settings. The system is intentionally simple to operate; it can be managed by trained healthcare staff without any technical expertise.

Traditional systems often rely on cables, manual measurements, and stationary monitors. VITALDOCTOR eliminates these barriers: it measures vital parameters wirelessly and automatically, transmits them in real time to the secure VITALDOCTOR Cloud, and uses intelligent triage to highlight critical cases. This means less manual effort, fewer errors, and faster response times, resulting in more efficient and safer patient care.

Yes. All data is transmitted encrypted and stored securely in the VITALDOCTOR Cloud, which complies with GDPR and medical data protection standards. Access is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel only. Data integrity and patient privacy are top priorities in our system design.

Yes. The system offers standardized interfaces to ensure smooth integration with hospital information systems, patient documentation software, and telemedicine platforms. Our technical team supports each facility individually to achieve seamless data exchange.

The use of VITALDOCTOR significantly improves patient safety, reduces workload, and lowers long-term treatment costs. Discussions with insurers and health authorities are ongoing to include the system in reimbursement programs. We are confident to offer this option soon.

By automating routine measurements, triage, and documentation, VITALDOCTOR allows caregivers and nurses to focus on direct patient care rather than administrative tasks. Facilities using VITALDOCTOR report reduced stress levels, faster response to emergencies, and improved quality of care — all key factors in addressing the staffing crisis.
