Dr. Ariane Hack

Dr. Ariane Hack is a general practitioner and medical doctor with a Ph.D., possessing many years of experience in various medical facilities as well as in her own practice.

Through her work across different healthcare settings, she has gained a broad understanding of clinical processes and the practical demands of everyday medical practice.

At VITALDOCTOR, she contributes her medical expertise particularly to the validation of concepts and the development of product-oriented ideas.

In addition, she oversees product and data validation, ensuring that technological solutions are aligned with real clinical needs and are practical for everyday use.

Heiner Luntz

CFO

Heiner Luntz is the CFO of VITALDOCTOR. Heiner has more than 25 years of experience in the management of fast-scaling international technology and services companies especially in IT services and cybersecurity. Twice, he has acted as CFO of companies in the financial markets. He previously gained the qualifications as certified public accountant and tax advisor in Germany.

The scaling of services and technology-platform based companies is Heiner’s passion. He has repeatedly acted as the partner to the CEO in building scalable performance organizations in the back-office (Finance, IT, HR, Legal) and operations allowing profitable revenue growth to hundreds of millions. Acquisitions have been another important building block to him.

At VITALDOCTOR, Heiner Luntz contributes his experience to the establishment of financial structures and planning, operational scalability and metrics as well as to strategic issues related to growth and financing. He will help to establish appropriate governance, financial oversight and control from the start.

Markus Wiegmann

CSO

Markus is an engineer by education and senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the MedTech industry and in companies of various stages, from start-up to multinational. He spent more than 20 years at Stryker Corporation with a proven track record in various leadership roles in Sales, Finance, Business Development and M&A. Most recently he was the Vice President and Managing Director for Stryker’s commercial operations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland.
Markus also served as a board member of BVMed (Germany’s leading MedTech trade association) with his strong advocacy for digitalization and value-based patient outcomes.

Dr. Konstantin Schönborn

Dr. Konstantin Schönborn studied law at the universities of Würzburg, Madrid, and Kiel, and earned his doctorate in Kiel. He has been a partner at Pava Partners since 2005 and has over 20 years of M&A experience in the medical technology sector.

Thanks to his outstanding network in this sector, he is able to open doors for German-speaking companies to globally active medtech corporations.

Dr. Konstantin Schönborn serves on the advisory boards of several companies in Germany and Austria.

Jonathan Botchoua

CEO

Jonathan Botchoua is the co-founder and CEO of VITALDOCTOR GmbH and a national award winner in mathematics in Germany.

He has a background in electrical engineering and is also a software and AI developer, specializing in data processing, analysis, and the design and visualization of complex systems and data-driven applications.

At VITALDOCTOR, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction as well as the development and scaling of digital health solutions. This includes, in particular, the establishment and further development of the business model, the management of core business processes, and the operational implementation at the intersection of technology, medicine, and regulation.
